1. How do I register to be an ONZA B2B customer?
 
If you are already an ONZA Tires customer, you are pre-registered at the webshop. You will receive an email with our login details automatically. Please check your inbox and spam folder for the login details. If you are not able to find them, please contact us at contact@onza-tires.com
 
 
2. What is the procedure once I have placed my order?
 
1. You will receive an email with a copy of your webshop order (WS...).
 
2. Within the next 48 hours, we will get back to you and confirm that we have received your order and we will process it as soon as possible. 
 
3. If you have chosen to pick up the goods by your own forwarder, we'll get back to you as soon as the goods are packed and ready for pick up. If you have already paid the invoice by PayPal, we are good to go! Otherwise, we will wait for you to wire the invoiced amount and release the goods once we have received your payment.
 
4. If you want to benefit from our service to organize the shipment for you, we will send you an offer for the transport based on EXW conditions and issue a final invoice. Then, you can pay the invoice with PayPal or wire the payment to our account. 
 
5. Please note that the payment must take place in advance before shipment.
 
 
3. What kind of delivery service does ONZA Tires offer to bring my orders to its destination?
 
You can pick up the goods by yourself at our warehouse using your own forwarder, or we will organize the transport for you.

4. Are the shipping costs and VAT included in the total billing amount?
 
No, all orders are based on EXW terms and excl. VAT, import cost and taxes.
 
 
5. I want to order e.g. 20pcs of a certain product. Why is it present to 25pcs?
 
The minimum order quantity is one packaging unit, hence, you can only order the MOQ or multiples of this. Please see the overview below of our packaging unit sizes we offer:
 
  • kevlar tires: 10ps per unit
  • tubes: 50pcs per unit
  • sealant: 2 masterboxes with 2 shop displays each (20 bottles per shop display)
 
 
6. How do I complain about faulty or incomplete deliveries and goods?
 
Please contact us directly at contact@onza-tires.com. Please always mention your order reference number (WS...) to speed things up. In your email, please mention the item#, quantity and issue in the email and add digital pictures of the defect or damage. If this info is not provided, your request cannot be processed!
 
 
7. My order shows defective goods. How shall I handle them?

8. In case of a warranty: How shall I proceed?
 
Please download the warranty form from our webshop (you can find it in the register of "WARRANTY") and send the completed form to contact@onza-tires.com. 
 
 
9. Is my personal customer account data safe or will they be used for other purposes too?
 
Yes, all information is strictly confidential and will not be used for other purposes in any case or will be given to third parties.
